Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project management and facilities management. You understand the complexities of overseeing construction engineering and design for large-scale projects, and you have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate different facility scenarios and build-out designs effectively.

You are adept at standardizing technical and facility-related processes and systems, ensuring that all projects adhere to best practices and company standards. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You are willing to travel regionally up to 60% of the time and are open to relocating if necessary.

Desirable

Experience with Amazon's fulfillment network or similar large-scale operations is a plus. Familiarity with contract management and negotiation will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and corporate teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Construction Manager at Amazon, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of new fulfillment network buildings and expansions within existing facilities.
