Overview

MongoDB is seeking a Lead Product Manager to enhance API experiences and drive customer success with MongoDB Atlas. You'll work with DevSecOps technologies and engage with high-profile customers. This role requires significant experience in product management.

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on technical products, particularly in the DevSecOps space. Your experience includes working with API technologies and understanding how to create seamless user experiences. You are a strategic thinker who can develop a vision and roadmap for product enhancements that align with customer goals. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives. Desirable

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects is a plus. Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas or similar database technologies will help you hit the ground running. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to inform product decisions. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for enhancing API experiences within MongoDB Atlas. You will engage with high-profile customers to understand their operational needs and provide prescriptive guidance on leveraging programmatic automation. Your leadership will drive the development of tools and resources that facilitate customer success and scale Atlas usage effectively. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product analysts to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with customer feedback and market trends. Regularly, you will conduct user research and gather insights to refine product features and improve user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of product initiatives.

What we offer

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in Canada, between $177,000 and $245,000 CAD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
