Chime is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Trust & Safety team to oversee risk technology initiatives. You'll work on bank-account features and ensure regulatory excellence while leading a team of engineers. This role requires strong experience in software engineering and team management.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in managing engineering teams and guiding them through complex technical challenges. Your expertise in service architecture and third-party integrations allows you to make informed decisions that enhance product reliability and security. You are passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with business goals and objectives. You understand the importance of safeguarding member assets and are committed to delivering a seamless experience for users. You are adept at identifying bottlenecks in software infrastructure and have a proven track record of implementing effective solutions.

Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $176,490 and going up to $245,100, along with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive equity package.
