Crusoe is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to design and implement a global employee onboarding experience. You'll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to create engaging programs that reflect the company's culture and mission. You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in onboarding or employee engagement. You thrive in ambiguous situations and can move quickly while maintaining precision and creativity in your work. Your ability to design engaging experiences that resonate with new hires is a key strength. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders and can effectively communicate the company's mission and values to new employees. You understand the importance of aligning onboarding processes with organizational culture and strategic priorities.
