Overview

Confluent is seeking a Professional Services Account Executive to drive the growth of their Professional Services business across the UK and Nordic regions. Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in professional services or technology solutions. You understand the importance of aligning services with customer business outcomes and have a proven track record of driving growth in a competitive environment. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Customer Success, sets you apart. You are a strategic thinker who can scope engagements effectively and position services as a key driver for customer success. You thrive in a team-oriented culture where feedback is valued, and you are committed to helping customers realize the full value of their investments.

Desirable

Experience in the data streaming or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement strategies. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Professional Services sales cycle for your assigned region, from opportunity identification to closing deals. You will work closely with Account Executives to identify potential clients and understand their needs, ensuring that Confluent's Professional Services offerings are positioned as strategic accelerators for their success. You will scope engagements effectively, ensuring they align with customer goals and support long-term expansion. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting presentations, and providing insights into how Confluent's services can drive value for customers. You will also collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery Leadership to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
