You have extensive experience in investor relations, ideally with a background in finance or corporate communications. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, and you have a proven track record of doing so successfully. You are strategic in your thinking and can develop and implement effective investor relations programs that align with the company's overall business strategy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

Desirable

Experience in the grocery or e-commerce industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with financial modeling and analysis. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to enhance the investor relations function and are always looking for ways to improve communication and engagement with stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Investor Relations at Instacart, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the investor relations program. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and data that will inform your communications with investors and analysts. You will oversee the company's earnings process, ensuring that all communications are consistent and aligned with the company's strategic objectives. You will engage with research analysts and investors to effectively communicate Instacart's business strategy, financial performance, and competitive advantages. You will be responsible for preparing materials for earnings calls, investor presentations, and other communications. Your role will also involve monitoring market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that will inform the company's investor relations strategy. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that investor communications reflect the company's vision and goals.
