Chime is seeking a Director of Product Analytics to lead analytics for their Spending Product organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and enhance member experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven product strategy.
You have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving data-informed decisions. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with large datasets to extract actionable insights that influence product strategy. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Engineering, to shape product roadmaps and enhance user experiences. You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into executive-ready narratives that drive business impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about using data to improve financial health for millions of users. You are a natural leader, fostering a culture of curiosity and rigor within your team, and you enjoy mentoring analysts to help them grow in their careers.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing frameworks. You have a strong understanding of user behavior analytics and can leverage tools like SQL and data visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively.
In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing analysts, guiding them in their work to analyze member behaviors across spending and saving products. You will drive experimentation initiatives, partnering with Product teams to design, analyze, and scale tests that inform product strategy and accelerate learning. Your insights will directly connect to Chime’s P&L, influencing how users spend, save, and manage their finances. You will be responsible for delivering executive-ready narratives that summarize findings and recommendations, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of strategic discussions. You will also collaborate closely with Finance to align analytics with business objectives, ensuring that your team's work supports Chime's overall mission of empowering financial progress for its members.
Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $198,990 and going up to $281,900, along with a bonus and equity package.
