UiPath is seeking a Technical Account Manager to ensure customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform. You'll engage with clients to enhance their automation programs and provide technical advisory. This role requires a strong background in .NET and cloud technologies.
You have a degree in Computer Science or a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in programming .NET or Java applications. Your background includes a minimum of 2 years of cloud experience, specifically with Azure, AWS, or GCP. You are skilled in guiding technical stakeholders and have a strong understanding of automation best practices. Your ability to conduct design and code reviews ensures that you reinforce best practices effectively. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in customer automation programs.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on the latest trends in automation and cloud technologies, allowing you to provide valuable insights to customers. You are generous with your knowledge and enjoy mentoring others, helping them grow in their technical capabilities.
Experience with enterprise software solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and platforms. In your role as a Technical Account Manager at UiPath, you will take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform. You will be accountable for managing technical workstreams that drive exceptional business value. Your proactive engagement with customers will involve providing embedded technical advisory to mature their automation programs and expand their vision of achievable goals. You will guide customers through infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
You will enable customer technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices, tailoring your guidance to their unique automation needs and constraints. Conducting design and code reviews for select automations will be a key part of your responsibilities, reinforcing and verifying best practices. You will perform technical health checks of customer automation programs, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaboration will be essential in your role, as you will work closely with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly will help you build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the UiPath Platform.
