You have a proven track record in business development, with experience in generating sales and increasing revenue. Your ability to establish and maintain client relationships is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with various stakeholders to deliver projects effectively and on time. You are comfortable conducting prospecting activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate new job orders weekly. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills enable you to manage job orders from intake to fulfillment efficiently.
Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus, as it gives you an edge in understanding client needs and market dynamics. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Bullhorn, will help you streamline your processes and enhance your productivity. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies to improve your sales techniques and client engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and increasing profitability for Vaco. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing relationships that lead to successful partnerships. Your daily activities will include prospecting through various methods, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to identify new business opportunities.
