Overview

Microsoft is hiring a Principal Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects. You have extensive experience in construction management, particularly in large-scale projects, and possess a strong understanding of safety, quality, and sustainability standards. You have a proven track record of overseeing multiple construction sites and managing vendor relationships to mitigate risks and drive project execution. You are committed to promoting safety and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Desirable

Experience in cloud infrastructure or technology-related construction projects would be a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As the Principal Construction Manager at Microsoft, you will take ownership of the deployment and delivery of datacenter capacity for the cloud business. You will oversee the execution of construction projects across multiple sites, ensuring that all safety, quality, and budget requirements are met.
