Xometry is seeking an Account Executive I to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll build relationships and assist customers in selecting manufacturing technologies. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a sales environment.
You are an entry-level professional eager to start your career in sales. You possess strong communication skills and have a knack for building relationships with clients. As an Account Executive I at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will engage with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. You will develop business with existing and new inbound customers, creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives. Your role will involve identifying strategic long-term clients and securing substantial and repeatable orders.
You will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, acting as a key point of contact for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production. Additionally, you will provide guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs, ensuring that new customer requirements are collected and communicated effectively to internal departments.
