Apple is seeking an Employee & Labour Relations Business Partner to enhance the experience of their diverse global workforce. You'll provide expertise on workplace investigations and compliance, requiring proficiency in German labor laws. This role is ideal for those with experience in business partnering within employee and labor relations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have proven experience in a business partnering capacity, preferably in employee and labor relations, and possess a high proficiency in understanding employment legal frameworks, including German labor laws and Works Council processes. You are adept at balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams effectively, and you are fluent in both English and German. Your ability to influence and support labor relations and Works Council negotiations in a complex, matrixed business environment sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Employee & Labour Relations team, providing subject matter expertise on issues such as workplace investigations and compliance. You will act as a solutions-oriented advisor and strategic partner, helping employees, leaders, and partners embody Apple’s values while addressing employment and business challenges. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the employee experience and ensure that integrity and fairness are at the heart of everything you do.
