What you'll do

As a People Team Intern, you will partner with the People, IT, and Facilities teams to analyze data on workplace utilization and employee engagement. You will leverage AI tools to identify patterns in workforce data and generate insights that inform decision-making. Your role will involve supporting the development of dashboards, surveys, and reports that measure workplace effectiveness and culture outcomes. You will conduct ad hoc analyses on topics such as office usage and hybrid work patterns, contributing to strategic projects that enhance distributed work and culture-building initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in preparing presentations that communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
