What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Fivetran's AI adoption initiative, working closely with over 500 engineers to integrate AI capabilities into their workflows. You will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap that outlines how AI can enhance productivity across the engineering organization, aiming for significant productivity gains in the coming fiscal years.

You will orchestrate training sessions and workshops to educate engineers on AI tools and best practices, ensuring they are equipped to leverage these technologies effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and to measure the impact of these initiatives on overall productivity.

As the primary point of contact for AI initiatives, you will engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and refine strategies based on real-world outcomes. You will also monitor industry trends and advancements in AI to keep Fivetran at the forefront of technology adoption.
