BillionToOne is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive sales for their Northstar Liquid biopsy products. You'll cultivate relationships with oncologists and contribute to transforming healthcare. This role requires scientific and clinical expertise in oncology.

Who you are

You are a field-based professional with a strong background in oncology and a passion for transforming healthcare through innovative diagnostics. Your scientific and clinical expertise enables you to effectively communicate the value of liquid biopsy products to oncologists and other healthcare professionals. You thrive in a collaborative environment where transparency and trust are paramount, and you are driven by a purpose to improve patient outcomes. You understand the complexities of the cancer care community and are skilled at building relationships that foster trust and collaboration.

You have experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare or diagnostics sector, and you are adept at driving sales volume through strategic relationship management. Your ability to articulate the benefits of advanced diagnostic solutions allows you to engage effectively with oncologists and other stakeholders. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of precision medicine and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in molecular diagnostics or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with liquid biopsy technologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales volume for BillionToOne’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products and services. You will cultivate relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in your designated geography. Your efforts will focus on educating healthcare professionals about the benefits of liquid biopsy diagnostics and how they can improve patient care. You will collaborate closely with your team to develop strategies that align with the company’s mission to make life-changing diagnostics accessible to all.

You will engage in regular field visits to meet with healthcare professionals, providing them with the necessary information and support to integrate these innovative diagnostic solutions into their practice. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth within your territory and developing tailored approaches to meet the needs of your clients. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology diagnostics, ensuring that you can effectively communicate these developments to your clients.
