You have a proven track record of leadership in a high-growth environment, ideally within the hospitality or real estate sectors. Your experience includes managing teams and driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate data into actionable insights that enhance performance and growth.
You are adept at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives. Your communication skills allow you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with the Country Manager to execute strategic plans that align with the company’s mission and resonate with local communities. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve measurable results in host success and guest satisfaction.
You will collaborate with various cross-functional partners to ensure that Airbnb continues to deliver exceptional value to both guests and hosts. This includes working with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance the overall experience and effectiveness of the Homes business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives for your team and ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team, encouraging them to share ideas and best practices. Your ability to mentor and develop talent will be crucial in building a high-performing team that can adapt to changing market conditions.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $164,000—$205,000 CAD annually, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
