What you'll do

As the Senior Program Manager for Developer Community at Twilio, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of community initiatives, starting with the Twilio Champions program. Your role will involve scaling systems that facilitate connections among Twilio's most passionate developers, ensuring that these programs deliver measurable business value and enhance developer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams, including DevNet, Product, and Legal, to align community initiatives with Twilio's mission and objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote engagement within the developer community, fostering an environment where developers feel valued and empowered to contribute. Your leadership will guide the evolution of community programs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful as the needs of developers change over time.

In this role, you will also analyze the effectiveness of community initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and improve programs continuously. You will engage with community members to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating this information into actionable strategies that enhance the overall community experience.
