You have over 12 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership and impactful contributions to software systems. Your experience includes mentoring junior engineers and guiding teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring high standards of engineering excellence. You are adept at defining technical roadmaps and strategies, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you partner closely with product management and design teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Your technical expertise spans multiple programming languages, including Java and JavaScript, and you have a solid understanding of Python for backend development. You are familiar with building REST APIs and have experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS. You are passionate about leveraging AI technologies to enhance business processes and improve user experiences.

You have a strong focus on quality and operational excellence, driving best practices in design, testing, and incident management within your team. You understand the importance of eliminating technical risks and are skilled at tackling the most challenging development tasks. You are a natural leader who inspires your team to achieve their best work while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desirable
