You are confident in your ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can lead and mentor your team members.

Your experience in leading sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment will be a significant asset to our team. You are open to working in various regions, including Tokyo, Osaka, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Hyogo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Hokkaido, which demonstrates your flexibility and commitment to the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales team for the Rocket Now division, focusing on acquiring and supporting partner merchants. You will develop and implement sales strategies that enhance the value proposition for our partners and customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and performance metrics to drive insights that inform your team's approach. You will work closely with your team to ensure that they are equipped to meet their sales targets and provide exceptional service to our partners.
