Brooklinen is seeking a Digital Retoucher to enhance product and lifestyle images for their Creative team. You'll work with Photoshop to ensure high-quality imagery across various channels. This role requires a keen eye for detail and experience in digital retouching.
You have a strong background in digital retouching, with experience in enhancing product and lifestyle images to meet high standards. Your expertise in Photoshop allows you to remove imperfections and refine images while maintaining a natural look. You understand the importance of color correction and can apply it accurately using physical samples and calibrated equipment. You are detail-oriented and can manage external retouching workflows to ensure they align with in-house standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure images are categorized and optimized for web use. You are comfortable providing real-time feedback during on-set production and assisting with post-production workflows.
Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus, as is familiarity with eCommerce photography standards. A portfolio showcasing your retouching skills will help demonstrate your capabilities.
In this role, you will retouch product and lifestyle images, focusing on removing imperfections and enhancing presentation. You will apply color correction techniques to ensure consistency across product lines and manage the quality of external retouching workflows. You will support the color review process alongside the Post-Production Manager, ensuring that final assets match the physical products. Additionally, you will upload, tag, and organize assets within the digital asset management system for easy access by cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure that images are consistent and optimized for various channels. You will also provide support during on-set production, offering feedback and ensuring smooth post-production workflows.
