TaxBit is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to manage and grow their portfolio of enterprise customers. You'll focus on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and relationship management. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your experience includes managing enterprise-level accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. You understand the importance of product adoption and are skilled at identifying new use cases to deepen customer engagement.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Implementation to provide a seamless customer experience. You are proactive in addressing customer needs and challenges, ensuring that they derive maximum value from the solutions provided.

Your analytical mindset helps you track customer outcomes and satisfaction metrics, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of your customers and the business.

Desirable

Experience in the digital assets or cryptocurrency space is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by customers in this industry. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues related to digital assets will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at TaxBit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers. Your main responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption. You will work closely with your customers to understand their needs and help them realize the full value of TaxBit's solutions.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Implementation teams, and Sales, to provide a seamless end-to-end experience for your customers. This includes supporting existing solutions and identifying opportunities for expansion within your customer base.

Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience with TaxBit's platform. You will use this feedback to inform product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for educating customers on industry best practices and helping them navigate the complexities of tax reporting and compliance in the digital asset space. You will advocate for your customers internally, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
