What you'll do

As an On-Site Catering Attendant, you will be the face of Zerocater, responsible for facilitating the day-to-day meal operations at various client locations. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery intake process, ensuring that all food items are accounted for and properly transported to the meal space. You will guide the meal set-up and clean-up, managing the presentation of food and replenishing dishes as needed. Throughout the meal service, you will maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engaging with guests will be a key part of your role, as you will greet them, respond to their requests, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will gather feedback on meals and communicate with employees on-site to enhance the overall dining experience.
