Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes experience with business development or go-to-market strategies, and you have worked closely with sales organizations or partner ecosystems. You excel in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating success in partner development. Your ability to thrive in a changing, global environment allows you to adjust quickly to shifting priorities. You possess excellent communication and people management skills, fostering effective partnerships across teams. You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. This involves working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate various players and keep them updated on progress and deadlines. You will collaborate with Global Product Solutions, gTech, and Product teams to launch or scale successful partner programs. Your role will include designing comprehensive cross-vertical strategies and actionable playbooks to drive partner onboarding, enablement, and growth. You will analyze program performance, identify growth areas, and report insights to leadership. Building relationships and driving alignment across teams to promote partner initiatives will be key to your success.

What we offer

At Google, you will be part of a team that fuels the flywheel of partner and user success by building the blueprint for growing Search vertical. You will have the opportunity to work in an innovative environment that values collaboration and creativity. Google offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with a culture that encourages professional growth and development. You will be empowered to make a significant impact on the products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe.
