Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Education Instructional Designer and Trainer to develop customer-facing education offerings. This role focuses on enhancing onboarding services and requires strong communication and instructional design skills.
You have a strong background in instructional design and training, with experience in creating engaging educational content for diverse audiences. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about helping others learn and grow, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of customer education in driving product adoption and satisfaction, and you are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your instructional materials and methods.
Experience with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with the technology industry. You may have a background in customer support or success, which gives you insight into the challenges customers face and how best to address them through education. A degree in education, instructional design, or a related field would be beneficial, but your practical experience and results matter most.
In this role, you will design and develop a range of educational materials, including online courses, webinars, and instructional guides, aimed at enhancing the customer onboarding experience. You will collaborate with product teams to ensure that the training content aligns with product features and updates. You will also conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in customer knowledge and develop targeted training solutions to address those gaps. Your role will involve facilitating training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to engage customers and help them maximize their use of Cloudflare's products. You will gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the training offerings and ensure they meet customer needs effectively.
