You excel at facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement within teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, acting as a central point of contact between Product Management, Engineering, and Product Delivery. You are adept at identifying and resolving dependencies and risks, ensuring that the Agile Release Train operates smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering value to customers through innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience with cloud communications or customer engagement platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with various Agile frameworks beyond Scrum. You may also have a background in software development, which helps you understand the technical challenges teams face.
