As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will leverage best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting sales presentations, building relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your position.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year. As you grow in your role, your earnings potential increases, with year two earnings ranging from $104,000 to $122,000. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as recognition and incentives such as an annual President’s Club Trip.
