What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will require you to be available for various shifts, including weekends, as you support customers during their most important moments. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every customer feels valued and appreciated, contributing to Carvana's mission of transforming the automotive retail experience.
