Roofstock is hiring a Service Technician to maintain rental properties in excellent condition. This role requires strong customer focus and technical skills, ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for tenants.
You are a self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus and technical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are technologically proficient, ensuring that rental properties are kept in excellent condition. You understand the importance of routine and preventive maintenance, and you are committed to delivering high-quality service across multiple properties.
You have experience in performing thorough inspections of buildings, units, and homes, including move-out, make-ready, and onboarding inspections. Your attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the property is assessed and maintained to the highest standards. You are proactive in identifying maintenance needs and addressing them promptly to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, will help you excel in this role. A background in customer service will also be beneficial as you interact with tenants and property owners.
As a Service Technician at Roofstock, you will be responsible for maintaining the rental properties in excellent condition. This includes performing routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and single-family homes, ensuring that both units and common areas are well-kept. You will complete thorough inspections of buildings and units, identifying any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
