You have a strong background in advertising technology and a proven track record of leading teams to develop and optimize AdTech solutions. Your experience spans various advertising products, including Onsite Sponsored Products and Offsite Paid Social, and you understand the importance of analytics in driving campaign success. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to support business growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to maximizing the efficacy of advertising services.
As the AdTech Manager at Farfetch, you will take the lead on the design and development of our AdTech stack, ensuring optimal efficacy, delivery, and scalability of our paid advertising services. You will oversee the strategic development of advertising technology solutions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our offerings. Your role will involve optimizing existing advertising products and developing new solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to improve future advertising strategies. Collaborating with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, you will contribute to the overall business strategy and help drive ambitious growth targets. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
