Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive issues. Your expertise includes performing general automotive repairs such as working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are skilled in completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and you have experience with vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime when necessary.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs on our vehicles. This includes diagnosing and fixing issues related to various vehicle systems, ensuring that all repairs meet high-quality standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to carry out your work efficiently. You will also collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in a timely manner. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and continuously improving your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.
