What you'll do

As a Remote Travel Concierge at Wander, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. You will assist guests with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. Your role will involve coordinating various aspects of their travel, from booking activities to providing local recommendations. You will work closely with the Concierge team, contributing to various side projects within the Guest Experience department to enhance overall service quality. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in managing guest requests and ensuring timely delivery of services. You will also participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with Wander's systems and processes, setting you up for success in your role.
