Relativity is seeking a Senior Structures Responsible Engineer to lead the design, build, and test lifecycle of the Terran R rocket's integrated structures and flight mechanisms. You'll work with AutoCAD and SolidWorks to ensure high-quality engineering solutions. This role requires significant experience in mechanical engineering.
You have a strong background in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in designing and analyzing complex structures. Your expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks allows you to create detailed designs and simulations that meet rigorous aerospace standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenging engineering problems. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly makes you a valuable team member, and you are comfortable presenting your ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
You are passionate about aerospace and have a deep understanding of the full design, build, and test lifecycle of mechanical systems. Your experience includes hands-on hardware ownership, where you have seen your designs come to life in real-world applications.
