What you'll do

As the Senior GTM & Business Recruiter at HockeyStack, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles outside of engineering. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the right candidates. Your role will involve crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the interview process to ensure a smooth experience for all involved.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify potential candidates. You will conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate informed decision-making. Your insights will help shape the company's recruitment strategy as you work to meet the growing demands of the business.

In addition to recruitment, you will play a key role in promoting HockeyStack's employer brand, ensuring that candidates have a positive impression of the company throughout the hiring process.
