MongoDB is seeking a Specialist in Sales Compensation to improve and establish processes and systems for growth. You'll collaborate with various internal functions to enhance operational efficiency. This role is based in Gurugram with hybrid working options.
You have a strong background in sales operations or compensation management, ideally with experience in process improvement and systems implementation. You are comfortable working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and HR, to drive operational excellence. You possess excellent analytical skills and can identify areas for improvement within existing processes. You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative to implement changes that will help scale the business effectively. You are based in Gurugram and are open to working night shifts as required by the role. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in achieving business goals.
In this role, you will work closely with various teams to identify and implement systems and process improvements that support MongoDB's growth. You will analyze current compensation structures and recommend enhancements to ensure they align with business objectives. You will collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency in sales compensation management. You will engage with Sales Analytics to leverage data in decision-making and process optimization. You will also work with the Deal Desk to ensure that compensation plans are effectively communicated and understood by the sales team. Your role will involve regular interaction with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance and accuracy in compensation reporting. You will be responsible for developing training materials and conducting sessions to educate the sales team on compensation structures and processes. You will contribute to the overall strategy for sales compensation and play a key role in supporting the company's mission to empower innovators.
