You have a strong background in talent operations, with experience guiding and developing teams. You understand the importance of a high-touch onboarding experience and are committed to ensuring that every new hire feels welcomed and supported from day one. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and aligned with the company's culture. You are detail-oriented and have a thorough knowledge of compliance considerations, including background checks. Experience in a trading or financial services environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with various talent acquisition tools and technologies.
