Google is seeking a Customer Onboarding Strategist to enhance customer relationships and drive success for new clients. You'll leverage your experience in advertising and consultative sales to implement onboarding strategies. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a marketing role. Your fluency in both English and Vietnamese allows you to effectively engage with clients in the region, ensuring their needs are met. You bring a strong understanding of online media and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting as an owner who moves swiftly through change. Your ability to build trusted relationships with customers is key, as you uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals.
You have 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting, which enhances your ability to reach out to customers through cold calling. Your passion for sales and knowledge of online media will be crucial in helping customers add value to their businesses. You are proactive in implementing ways to improve customer relationships and share performance-enhancing suggestions while promoting other Google products.
In this role, you will work closely with new customers to set goals and strategies for their products and services, ensuring they reach their target users effectively. You will own a set of new customers for six months, focusing on their success and growth. Your responsibilities will include delivering an outstanding onboarding experience, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to facilitate smooth customer handovers. You will provide advice to help advertisers maximize their return on investment, working in a consultative capacity to guide them through the onboarding process. Your role will also involve sharing insights and suggestions that enhance customer performance and satisfaction.
