What you'll do

As an Engineering Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of our data centers — your responsibilities will include operating and troubleshooting mission-critical facilities, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will work with stand-by diesel generators, UPSs, PDUs, and various cooling systems, ensuring that our infrastructure remains reliable and efficient.

You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks on electrical systems — your attention to detail will help identify potential issues before they escalate, contributing to our goal of maintaining 99.999% uptime. You will also collaborate with other technicians and engineers to implement improvements and upgrades to existing systems, enhancing overall performance and reliability.
