Who you are

You have experience in project administration and are skilled in managing vendor relationships and tracking project deliveries. You are comfortable supporting projects during their trial and pilot phases, ensuring compliance and effective communication with various teams. Your ability to record data accurately during trials and conduct time motion studies is essential for success in this role. You are also familiar with concept design and model designing using AutoCAD, which will be crucial for developing low-cost automation solutions. You possess basic troubleshooting skills for lab equipment and are eager to train others in using new physical lab testing equipment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple project administrations, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are running smoothly. You will lead the physical testing of new equipment, connecting with vendors to establish a local vendor base in the MENA region. As a lab coordinator, you will manage internal and external visits, ensuring that the lab is well-prepared and organized for any delegations. You will also be responsible for training other technicians and project team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency. Your role will involve pushing compliance for new ideas during the trial and pilot phases, ensuring that all projects meet the necessary standards and expectations.
