You'll leverage your technical expertise and customer-facing experience to guide clients through their cloud transformation journey. This role requires fluency in English and Polish and a strong background in cloud operations.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Your background includes working with stakeholders to drive technical implementations and transformation programs, showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively. You are fluent in both English and Polish, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with clients in the region.
Your experience includes supporting customers in cloud operations, such as launch or capacity planning, product release management, and technical support. You have a solid understanding of IT consulting and escalation management, which allows you to address client needs proactively. You are skilled at translating business requirements into technological solutions, ensuring that clients receive tailored support throughout their cloud journey.
You have collaborated with various teams, business units, channel partners, and third-party developers to deliver comprehensive solutions. Your understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, and service architecture positions you as a knowledgeable resource for clients navigating their cloud transformations.
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with your problem-solving abilities, make you an effective client manager. You thrive in environments where you can guide customers through technical challenges and help them achieve their goals with Google Cloud products.
An MBA or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field would be a plus. Experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers is highly desirable, as is a familiarity with cloud-native application development and hosted services.
As a Technical Account Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in helping customers successfully adopt Google Cloud products.
