What you'll do

In this role, you will build and scale Roblox’s regulatory compliance program, ensuring that the company meets all necessary legal and operational standards. You will manage and mature the structure of regulatory compliance escalation forums, facilitating discussions and resolutions on compliance issues. Your responsibilities will include developing automated dashboards and metrics to track compliance program effectiveness, allowing for data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with various teams to create scalable solutions that enhance the overall compliance framework. As a Senior Program Manager, you will also be expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the compliance function. Your role will involve regular reporting to senior leadership on compliance status and initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.
