Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define a vision and strategy for their product offerings in India. You'll collaborate with technical and product leaders to drive meaningful change within organizations. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record of product management experience, ideally with 5+ years in a similar role. You understand the importance of aligning product strategy with customer needs and company objectives, and you have a knack for influencing cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and drive product excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating impactful solutions that empower users.
Experience in the SaaS industry or familiarity with work management tools is a plus. You may have a background in user research or A/B testing, which helps you understand user behavior and refine product offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, enabling you to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
In this role, you will define the vision and strategy for Smartsheet's product offerings in India, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and customer needs. You will partner with technical and product leaders to influence platform investments and drive product roadmaps. Leading pricing and packaging decisions will be a key responsibility, as will presenting your strategies to stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with teams globally to ensure that the product meets market demands and delivers exceptional user experiences.
You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform product development. Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will help shape the future of work collaboration tools that empower teams to automate processes and uncover insights. Your role will involve regular communication with various departments to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches.
