You are a strategic thinker who can tackle ambiguous problems and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You have a proven track record of driving partnership awareness and engagement, and you understand the competitive landscape in the consumer market. You are results-driven and passionate about creating rewarding experiences for customers.
Experience in the transportation or tech industry is a plus. Familiarity with financial services, food delivery, or travel rewards partnerships will give you an edge. You are comfortable using various marketing tools and platforms to optimize initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Business Development, Product, Research, and Design, to shape partner strategy. Your role will involve activating partnerships to drive awareness, acquire new riders, and engage existing ones. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, using insights to inform your marketing approach and optimize initiatives. You will be the voice of the customer, ensuring that both Lyft's riders and partners' customers are at the forefront of your strategies. You will tackle ambiguous problems with a strategic mindset, ensuring that all marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.
Lyft offers a competitive salary range of $118,000 - $147,500, not including potential equity offerings, bonuses, or benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our partnerships.
