Who you are

As a Head Coach (General Manager), you are the leader, strategist, and mentor of your store. You inspire your team and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You understand the importance of using data-driven insights to build healthier communities through real food. You have a strong focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness while adapting to a dynamic environment. You are committed to fostering an inclusive culture and coaching talent effectively.

You lead the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and delivering timely feedback to develop a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You prioritize team safety and maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. You are adept at resolving facility, supply, and food quality issues, ensuring that your team operates in a safe and efficient manner.

You are a data-driven decision-maker who acts on guest metrics to deliver clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned experiences. You analyze reports to drive sales and profit, manage costs, and execute strategic plans that align with business goals. You are skilled in creating effective schedules that optimize team performance and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead your team by balancing people, operations, and business performance. You will build an inclusive culture while coaching talent and using technology to optimize operations and drive profitability. You will maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, adapting to the dynamic environment of the restaurant industry.
