HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Associate in Growth Marketing to drive user acquisition and optimize campaigns across various channels. You'll work with tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to enhance brand performance. This role requires experience in scaling paid social programs.
You have a strong background in growth marketing with a focus on scaling paid social programs — your experience includes managing campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok, where you've successfully driven user acquisition and engagement. You are detail-oriented and proactive, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Your creative intuition allows you to collaborate effectively with designers and influencers to produce compelling performance creative that resonates with audiences. You are comfortable analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve results. You thrive at the intersection of paid media and performance creative, ensuring that every campaign is executed flawlessly and meets its objectives.
Experience with influencer marketing and a passion for pets would be a plus, as you will be working with a brand that focuses on providing healthy recipes for dogs. Familiarity with tools for setting up, testing, and analyzing experiments will help you succeed in this role, as will your ability to report on cost and campaign setup effectively.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of key marketing campaigns across various growth channels. You will collaborate with creative partners and designers to maintain a pipeline of engaging performance creative that captures attention and drives conversions. Your responsibilities will include setting up, testing, deploying, and analyzing experiments related to creative content, discounts, user journeys, and attribution. You will own cost reporting and campaign setup, ensuring that all aspects of the campaigns are tracked and optimized for performance. Reporting on and improving key KPIs will be a critical part of your role, as you will provide actionable insights to the team to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
