You have at least 5 years of experience as a SAP Basis professional, demonstrating a strong understanding of SAP environments and migration processes. Your expertise includes leading projects such as Bluefield, Greenfield, and Brownfield migrations, where you've successfully coordinated technical and functional teams to achieve project goals.

You are proficient in using tools like Migration Cockpit, SUM/DMO, and SWPM, which are essential for managing SAP migrations. Your experience with SAP BTP, including Cloud Connector and integration services, allows you to design and implement effective technical architectures that meet business needs.

Your background includes hands-on experience with S/4HANA and HANA Cloud, where you've managed connections between these systems and SuccessFactors. You possess the ability to estimate project requirements, size technical components, and design robust architectures that support business operations.

You thrive in a multicultural environment and are comfortable working with diverse teams. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams through complex migration processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role at NEORIS, you will lead SAP Basis migration projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for estimating project timelines and resource requirements, as well as designing the technical architecture necessary for successful migrations.

You will collaborate closely with both technical and functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring that all project milestones are met. Your expertise will guide the team in utilizing tools like Migration Cockpit and SUM/DMO effectively, optimizing the migration process for efficiency and accuracy.

As a Senior SAP Basis professional, you will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the migration process. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential in maintaining project momentum and achieving successful outcomes.
