What you'll do

As a WEM Strategic Project Manager at Five9, you will lead the full lifecycle delivery of strategic projects, ensuring that all aspects from scope to timelines are meticulously managed. You will provide strategic guidance to your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals and customer expectations. Your role will involve regular interaction with customers, where you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate their engagement with Five9 products. You will oversee the governance of projects, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the execution is of the highest quality. Collaboration with global teammates, primarily based in the United States, will be key to your success, as you work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for reporting on project progress and outcomes, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
