Overview

Tanium is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to support their Global Sales organization in executing go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with sales leaders.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations and strategy, with a proven ability to analyze and improve go-to-market strategies. You excel in building relationships with sales leaders and have a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into data and models while keeping the big picture in mind. You are proactive and possess the intellectual curiosity to propose innovative ideas and solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to partner effectively with business leaders and drive strategic initiatives.

Desirable

Experience in a technology company or a fast-paced sales environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and resource allocation will help you thrive in this role. A background in data analysis or business intelligence tools would be beneficial, as would any experience with CRM systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to the Global Sales Operations leadership team. You will collaborate with sales leaders to analyze go-to-market strategies and assess resource allocation and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include assisting in strategic planning efforts for global sales, which encompass plan modeling, quota assignments, and segmentation. You will also lead the operational cadence of key sales operation activities, including forecasting and performance analysis. Your insights will help shape the sales strategy and drive growth and efficiency within the salesforce.
