What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and be a core member of the legal operations function. You will own and manage the contracts lifecycle through the company’s CLM system, which includes intake, workflow routing, execution, storage, and reporting. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the legal team in scaling contract processes by administering standard templates, playbooks, and exception workflows. You will act as the primary administrator for legal tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with corporate governance tasks and help streamline legal operations to support the company's growth.
