As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve a mix of in-field work and home office responsibilities, allowing you to manage your time effectively. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to excel in your position. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives through your sales performance, contributing to a positive and motivating work culture.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase significantly in your second year.
