You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in technology and data center operations. You have experience or a foundational understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, and you are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside a diverse team of engineers and specialists to ensure the highest standards of safety and security in data center operations. You are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and are ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is a plus. Familiarity with physical repair processes and troubleshooting techniques will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning new skills as technology evolves, and you are committed to maintaining the integrity of the systems you support.
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations.
